Tax Information
Every
Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax
of 7.0%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate
is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of
the destination of your order.
Order Changes

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any
orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
• If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery
dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer
Service Department directly at 888-676-7529.
• We are also unable to accept cancellations or change
requests via e-mail.

How
to Order Online:
To order an item, simply click the "Purchase" button,
found on the left hand side of each item page. You will then
be shown a page displaying the products you have added to
your shopping cart.
When
you're finished shopping, click the "Check shopping cart"
button from any item page. You will now be shown your selections.
At this stage you may change the quantity of your selections
or completely remove items from your shopping cart. When you
are satisfied with your selections, click the "Secure
Checkout" button.
You
will now be taken to our secure order pages where you can
safely and privately provide your contact, shipping and billing
information.
Fill
out the requested contact, billing and shipping information
sections. If your billing address is the same as the shipping
address, you may check the "Please ship this order to
the billing address" option, and skip typing in the shipping
address info.
When
you've finished entering your information, click the "Click
to continue" button.
The
last step is verify all your order information is correct.
If you need to change any info, use your browser's "back"
button and make the necessary changes. After you are sure
everything is correct, type in your credit card information
as requested, and click the "Submit order" button.
Your credit card will now be automatically verified which
will take from 5 to 45 seconds.
After
your order has been accepted, you will shown a copy of your
order. A copy of your order will also be sent to your e-mail
address.
This is your order receipt, please save it for your records.
